request for various refs.

1)  A while ago on this list, someone (I think Dr. Holtz) mentioned that
someone (I think G.S. Paul) suggested that ceratop(s)ians may have
been omnivores.  Could anyone provide a ref. for where that suggestion
occurs?

2)  Also, is there anywhere on the WEB I could order a copy of GSP's
Japanese book, _The Illustrated Guide to Dinosaur Skeletons_ (or
something similar)?  --sorry, I lost my file on that one.

3)  Has the AMNH mount of Styracosaurus ever been described formally,
in detail?  If so, someone please point me to the source.

4)  Dr. Kirkland, if you're reading this, do you have any offprints of
the Nov./Dec. article in _Earth_, regarding the new ceratop(s)ian?  I
would like to buy a good copy (unfortunately none of the magazine
stores around here carry that title).
