The Symposium runs from Friday, April 17 through Sunday, April 19.
It is at the Civic Center, with 4 talks running concurrently on Friday,
and 3 on Saturday and Sunday. Talks start at 9 a.m. and run
through 4:40 p.m., with the exception of Friday when the opening
starts at 8 a.m. and Sunday when the sessions close at 12 p.m.

Therefore, it would be hard to plan a breakfast at a hotel,
with the talks starting so early at the Civic Center and everyone
having different accommodations. Lunch periods are staggered
during the talks. I believe that Stephen Jay Gould speaks on
Friday night and the Dinofeast is Saturday night, so that doesn't
leave a lot of time for get-togethers by the convivial members of
this list.

My suggestion is that perhaps a meet and greet social hour
one evening after these events could be arranged. Allen Edels
is our local contact, so maybe he could suggest a meeting place.
I would be happy to coordinate this if we have some idea of how
many would be attending.
