Ummmm...

Opening it might be a bad idea.  Reading it somewhat worse...

As both Don's agree, it was a rush job.  The great trilogy of 1997 (Glut,
Padian & Currie, Farlow & Brett-Surman) far surpass anything in Glut &
Lessem in terms of content, accuracy, illustration, etc.
