Reference Book

In the last few weeks there has been a discussion about what reference 
books are absolutely necessary.  I recently purchased The Dinosaur 
Society Dinosaur Encyclopedia by Don Lessem and Donald F. Glut, 1993 
Random House, First Edition.  Are there any caveats I need to be aware of 
when using this book?  TIA
