Those are not 'brow horns'. They do not stick up like a horn. What it is
is a low, kind of rounded, piece of bone that connects the lachyrmal to
the postorbital. "Sue" has this rounded unnamed bone still attached.
Which is why that part of the animal looks different than other
Tyrannosaurs.
