EARTH MAGAZINE

For those who don't have subscriptions, the next issue of EARTH magazine
(June 1998) has three articles on things dinosaurian:

In the "Earth News" section, the article "Death in the Dunes" addresses
David Loope's idea that the Gobi dinosaurs were buried in wet sandslides
rather than dusty sandstorms.

In "Ancient Lives", Brian Anderson describes the skin of hadrosaurs and how
it might have helped them regulate their body temperatures.

And in the cover story, "Through Dinosaur Eyes", Kent Stevens utilizes
lasers and model theropod heads to determine just how well-sighted the
predators might have been.
