Century 21, huh?
Well they sure do get around!
Should be Century -150,000,000.

How do we all know that they really do own the land and not, say, the
Federal Government?

Hate to see some friendly neighborhood museum buy it and then have
everything confiscated including the carrots from their victory garden.
