Yes, as Betty says, there is a very nice photo of _Scipionyx samniticus_ in
the April 6th edition of _Time_ magazine (page 63, includes small photo of
model).

In the text, it is stated:

"Already, in fact, some scientists are suggesting that the position of the
liver indicates an internal structure more like a lizard's than a bird's,
undercutting the dinosaur bird link."

Who are these scientists and what, exactly, are they saying?
