Horner of T.rex

      I have not been able to find a copy of Dinosaur Lives, so I need
someone to give a little information on exactly what Horner says in that
particular book about T.rex being a scavenger.  In particular, does he
discuss:

1. Eye size?
2. Olfactory bulb size?
3. Leg proportions?
4. The puny arms?
5. T.rex loosing its teeth if it tries to bite a running Triceratops? 
 
      Also, has anybody ever CAT scanned a T.rex skull?  How is it similar
to Nannotyrannus?  Which theropods are known to have parasphenoids, and
exactly what part does this bone play in hearing?  How important are
turbinals for smell?
