In the text of figure 4, Chiappe et al state: 

Mononykinae is phylogenetically defined as the common ancestor of Mononykus,
Shuvuuia, and Parvicursor, plus all their descendants.

So ya.......  Parvicursor is a mononykine...  mononykus, is of course, not a
parvicursorid because it was explicetly excluded in that family's definition.
