Yep, so far, so good.  "Rahona" 1998 is a junior homonym of _Rahona_ 1975.
That makes it unavailable.

'Fraid not.  Junior homonymy is for all time.  Just because the senior
homonym is a junior synonym does not change anything.

The rules are that "Rahona" 1998 is unusable, period.

[Any word on when the note replacing it will be published? - shouldn't take
long, about three or four sentences will satisfy all the requirements of
the Rules]
