Archie skeleton I happened across (on the net)

while looking for something for work I came across this website

The scapula seems kind of odd to me but I think the rest is very nice.
Can someone more informed give me an idea of just how accurate this
restoration is?

The neck seems to attach to the head oddly when compared to modern
birds-is that due to the jaw being non-birdlike?
Birds' mandibles seem to not extend so far back along the skull as this
one does.
