arctomet mets

Hello folks--
        Does anyone have a good way of distinguishing between ornithomimid
and tyrannosaurid metatarsals (II-IV)?  Other than size?
        A little easier: OK, how about between arctomet and non-arctomet
(e.g. dromaeosaur, oviraptorid) MTs II-IV?
        Any quick-and-dirty hints from the experts would be just plain swell.
