Crocodylians and a. fenestra

   At what point did crocodylians close up the antorbital fenestra?

   Is _Erpetosuchus_ a crocodylian or crocodylomorph (or something else)?

   Anybody know of a good crurotarian/crocodylian cladogram available on the
web?
