Oh?  Where was this?  The only skin impression I know of from any small 
non-theropod is one of Thescelosaurus.  GSP describes it as NOT scaly, but 
"punctured" in his article in Dinosaurs Past and Present Vol. II, possibly 
indicative of some sort of insulation.
