It was described but left unnamed in the same article that described
_Afrovenator_, the reason being that there was no skull material with the
specimen, making it therefore not diagnostic.

If you really need a skull to diagnose a sauropod, then all but about 15
sauropod genera are _nomina dubia_. Balderdash. Vertebrae are very diagnostic
among sauropods, if they're more or less complete and there are enough of
them in sequence.
