Nope.  The clade is Titanosauria, containing the monphyletic Titanosauridae
and some basal forms.  If two or more of these are closer to Andesaurus than
to Titanosaurus, then there is your Andesauridae.

Titanosauria + Opisthocoelicaudia is  Titanosauroidea, by the way.
