I'm pretty confident when the smoke clears, a decade or two down the pike,
that you (and everyone else) will see that the characters concerned with
avian flight first evolved in arboreal or acronomic archosaurs (dino-birds),
but were lost or modified in those terrestrial, cursorial lineages that
became what we presently call dinosaurs. It's really pretty obvious.
