A pubic foot like that of _Carnotaurus_?  Quelle surprise!

Whoa, hold on.  You just sent me a post saying that the Coelophysidae 
were firmly within the Ceratosauria.  The above 
((Tetanurae+Neoceratosauria) + Coelophysoidea) is EXACTLY what I meant to 
suggest.
