Proavis and Glenn Rose footprints

Hi,

some days ago I've read in Don Lessems book "Dinosaur rediscovered"
about that proto-bird found by Chatterjee in triassic formations.
Whats the actual discussion about "Proavis" ?
Could it be an early bird - what means, that birds of today are
no "dinosaurs" (Bakker) and Archaeopteryx is a sign for convergence
evolution or could it be the first and not successfull try of the
archosaurs to fly, and Archaeopteryx is clearly one of the first
birds ?

A friend of mine gave me a book of a german UFO-buff, he writes about
the footprints of Glenn Rose/Texas and says, that beside the famous
tracks of a sauropod and theropod, there are human tracks.
I can not believe it, and I want to argue with gregory Paul who says
these footprints are made by a theropod.
What's the matter with these "human" footprints. Are they made by
creatonists ? It's obvious that no humans existed in the mesocoic.

Thanks for any good information
