Pterosaur Ancestry (was RE[2]: dinosaur flatware)

What does everyone think pterosaurs ARE, then?  What other archosaur 
group shares a mesotarsal ankle, reduced fifth toe, and offset femoral 
head?  Isn't _Lagosuchus_ considered close to pterosaur ancestry anymore?

Don't tell me the eosuchian people have won!  AAAAAAAGH!
