Lets try a couple more that Nick did not tackle. Lacustris is clearly "of 
the lake" or "lake dweller".
        ajax refers to the Gtreek hero , one in the Iliad! Must be a 
good reason to name it after him!
        Diplodocus means "double beam" perhaps referring to the long neck 
and long tail.
        brevitertius literally means a short third? Why?
        Guess I can't do more without a lot of research! Cheers.
