Sure - but you need to know what "fully-articulated" really means.
It is vanishingly rare for these specimens to be undistorted - they
are almost always slightly flattened, and often "twisted".

Now, given the above, and the fact that the shoulder bones are *not*
attached, they will almost always be somewhat displaced from life
position, even in fully articulated specimens.
