Ummm... Hold on. *Ostriches*, it is true, are built for speed. I'm not
sure about tinamous and rheas; but moas, emus, cassowaries, and kiwis are
not particularly adapted for running.
[moderator's note: speaking from experience, emus are excellent runners]
Anyway, arms served the speed-demon ornithomimids well.
