This one I am not sure but I believe it is Argentina.

That's Argentina for sure. Paleontologists from University of La Rioja 
are working on the Los Rastros Formation which is from the Early Triassic 
if I recall. It's one hour from San Juan.

San Miguel de Tucuman instead? Tucuman is a province in Argentina.
