This might be more than most people have in their homes today, but the
technology is rapidly developing.  Hard disk storage is now at about
$400/Gigabyte and it appears that prices will continue to fall.  ISDN
telephone service is rapidly being made available across the USA and
many other parts of the world.  ISDN can deliver 128Kbps over ordinary
telephone wires.
