My best guess is that this would depend on the size of the animal
it is eating.  When eating smallish things (say smaller than human-
sized) it would probably bolt it down whole.  When eating large stuff,
like Tricerops, Edmontosaurus, or Anatotitan, it would probably bite
the flesh off the bones.

This is based mostly on general size factors, and is just an educated
guess.  In reality, we do not know, since we cannot watch T. rex eat.
