No need for theories here - just read the book! It is the raptors which
are breeding. (In fact, in the novel, only a few of the taxa had frog DNA
incorporated into their genomes, so only those particular ones
(Velociraptor, Procompsognathus, and one or two ornithopods - can't
remember off hand).
