Since a lot of people seem to be having trouble...  When you see
something enclosed in < > in a listproc command, that means that
you're supposed to fill in that part with an appropriate word or
phrase.  For instance you were all recently told about the command:

set <list> mail digest

In this case, you should put the name of the list in place of <list>.
That is, the command you want to send (in the body, not the subject
line) is: 

set dinosaur mail digest

And make sure that you send the command to the administrative address,
NOT that list address.  The administrative address is:

listproc@lepomis.psych.upenn.edu
