Re: Creationism and a piece of "pi"

FYI, some years back the Tennessee legislature tried to pass a bill that 
would have made the value of "pi" = 3.00. I do not know if this was 
religiously motivated, or simply out of ignorance. If I recall correctly, 
this was about the time of the "Monkey Trial". My apologies to 99.99% of 
Tennesseans.
